College or University Degree in a related field;
At least 3 years of recruiting/sourcing experience;
VFX industry experience is required;
Very comfortable working with social media for sourcing, especially LinkedIn Recruiter;
Bilingual (Mandarin & English);
High degree of proficiency in MS Office.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and support recruitment strategies, plans and company branding to attract talent;
Collect and analyze competitive intelligence and market info as it relates to talent acquisition for comparison and positioning;
Drive staffing meetings to communicate current candidates for show needs across the studio (reports, follow ups, etc.);
Conduct candidate searches and manage applicant tracking system;Develop and maintain network of candidates for future needs, hard-to-fill and frequent positions/skill sets;
Qualify and assess candidates through phone screen and/or in person interviews;Set up interviews, coach and prepare Managers for interviews, obtain feedback, etc.;
Responsible for all recruitment activities and accompanying material (open houses, job fairs, etc.).
Provide various reports (candidates, open positions, etc.);
Keep up to date with recruitment requirements and researching new methods;May be required to participate or be responsible for other duties and special projects as assigned. Learn about life in China:PXO China
