David Garber

Senior V.P. Themed Entertainment

David Garber, Senior Vice President of Themed Entertainment, has led Pixomondo’s design and vfx teams to becoming world recognized leaders in the production of immersive media experiences for location based entertainment centers and theme parks.

Beginning with the creation of original film content for Immersive Dome experiences, David quickly expanded the division’s horizons as it moved into productions for Flying Theaters, Motion Simulator Platforms and Dark Ride Interactives for attractions based across three continents.

As the division gained award-winning status, it pushed the boundaries of experiential media and successfully produced the world’s first digital aquarium, filled with 330 thousand fish, for National Geographic in New York City.

Continuing to add new arenas of explorations to its portfolio, David’s creative team is currently designing the theater and media for a 4,000 seat live performance, the projection media for the Jurassic Park World Tour, and the ninety minute, fourteen screen visual content for the Aerosmith Residency performances in Las Vegas.

David holds a Masters of Environmental Design from Yale University’s School of Architecture, a Bachelor of Architecture from Carnegie Mellon and a Graham Foundation Award for Experimental Studies in Experiential Architecture.
